SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Turnkey knowledge management for digital health projects by centralizing clinical observations, papers, interviews, and planning documents into a living, AI-maintained wiki that compounds knowledge over time.

Core Features & Use Cases

Three-layer architecture: Raw sources, AI-maintained pages, and a schema at the project root to guide ingestion and governance.
Ingestion & synthesis: AI reads new sources, extracts key facts, creates or updates wiki pages, and cross-links related concepts.
Planning seed & cross-referencing: Seeds from planning docs and existing pages create coherent stakeholder maps, evidence tables, and regulatory context.

Quick Start

Install the skill and follow the guided setup to scaffold a project wiki in your repository.

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I build an AI-maintained project knowledge base from clinical papers and interviews?▼

Build an AI-maintained project knowledge base by ingesting clinical papers, interviews, and planning documents into a structured wiki. The system extracts key facts, creates or updates pages, and cross-links related concepts to compound knowledge over time.

What is the best way to cross-reference evidence and stakeholders for digital health projects?▼

Cross-reference evidence and stakeholders for digital health projects by applying a three-layer architecture. Raw sources, AI-maintained pages, and a schema file work together to generate coherent stakeholder maps, evidence tables, and regulatory context.

How do I set up an AI wiki to ingest and organize project planning documents?▼

Set up an AI wiki to ingest planning documents by scaffolding a project wiki in your repository. A guided setup creates the schema at the project root to govern ingestion, enforce citations, and manage cross-linking rules.

Can I use an AI knowledge base to manage regulatory planning and clinical observations?▼

Use an AI knowledge base to manage regulatory planning and clinical observations by centralizing these sources into a living wiki. It enforces governance rules and citation standards specific to digital health project requirements.

Does the AI wiki structure support ingesting raw source documents while maintaining governance?▼

The AI wiki structure supports ingesting raw source documents while maintaining governance through a schema file at the project root. This schema guides ingestion and enforces citation and cross-linking rules across all AI-maintained pages.

What are the limitations of using an AI-curated wiki for digital health knowledge management?▼

Limitations of an AI-curated wiki for digital health include its reliance on a strict three-layer architecture and schema governance. The system requires structured ingestion of raw sources to accurately synthesize and cross-link evidence, stakeholders, and regulatory context.
