SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This skill solves the complexity of managing multi-provider voice communication, handling the orchestration between ElevenLabs, Twilio, and Agora SIP to ensure reliable, durable, and auditable agent-led phone calls.

Core Features & Use Cases

Unified Call Orchestration: Manage call profiles, rules, and execution across different voice providers through a single interface.
Operational Auditing: Track the entire lifecycle of a call, including transcripts, events, and final outcomes, with support for manual synchronization.
Use Case: Automate follow-up calls for leads or interview scheduling by defining a profile that handles the provider logic, first-message prompts, and automated hangup triggers.

Quick Start

Use the prox calls request command to initiate a follow-up call to a specific person using the configured profile and provided variables.

FAQPage Schema

How do I orchestrate automated voice calls across ElevenLabs, Twilio, and Agora SIP?▼

Automated voice call orchestration across ElevenLabs, Twilio, and Agora SIP is managed through a unified interface that handles provider-specific configurations, call profiles, and execution rules. This ensures durable agent-led phone calls via dynamic pipeline injection.

Can I track the lifecycle and transcript of an AI agent phone call?▼

Yes, lifecycle tracking for AI agent phone calls captures transcripts, events, and final outcomes. Operational auditing is facilitated by event tracking and manual synchronization, ensuring every phase of the voice interaction is recorded and auditable.

How do I automate outbound follow-up calls for lead scheduling?▼

Automating outbound follow-up calls for leads involves defining a call profile that specifies provider logic, first-message prompts, and automated hangup triggers. You initiate the process by sending a request command with the configured profile and required variables.

Does this voice automation approach require managing separate webhook integrations for each telephony provider?▼

No, webhook integration and call rules are handled centrally to maintain operational continuity across providers. The system abstracts the complexity of multi-provider voice communication, eliminating the need to manage isolated webhook configurations for each platform.

What is the best way to synchronize voice call events across different telephony platforms?▼

The best way to synchronize voice call events across telephony platforms is through a unified orchestration layer that manages provider-specific configurations and event tracking. This supports manual synchronization and ensures transcripts and outcomes remain consistent.

Why use a unified call orchestration skill instead of directly configuring Twilio SIP and ElevenLabs separately?▼

Using a unified call orchestration skill instead of configuring Twilio SIP and ElevenLabs separately solves the complexity of managing multi-provider voice communication. It ensures reliable, durable, and auditable agent-led phone calls through a single interface handling dynamic pipeline injection.
