What problem does it solve?

This Skill prevents risky or premature external changes by defining who should execute publication-related actions and when Claude must escalate to Wagner, replacing ad-hoc “ask Wagner every time” behavior with a consistent matrix-driven rule.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Controlled escalation for external/state-changing actions: Ensures decisions are executed by the right role for git push, PR lifecycle, production deploys, production .env changes, and external postings.
  • Pre-activation guidance for Claude: Instructs Claude to pause briefly before actions that affect outside-of-local state and to follow the action-by-action supervision matrix.
  • Operational heuristics for uncataloged cases: Applies clear fallback rules (reversible under <5 minutes and limited blast radius vs. higher-stakes actions) and requires logging when the matrix misses.
  • Accountability requirements: Requires reporting what was done (e.g., commit/session log or MCP tasks-comment) after Claude-side actions and providing a ready-to-approve draft for Wagner escalations.

Quick Start

Before you perform any push, deploy, production .env change, or external publication, use this skill to select the correct executor from the matrix and follow the escalation rules.
