SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps teams prevent wasted effort by ensuring task requirements are complete and context is clear before work begins. It introduces quality gates, asks critical questions, and escalates when blockers are detected.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Complexity Scoring & Gatekeeping: rate task complexity (1-5) and enforce checks before starting.
  • Evidence-driven Escalation: automatically escalate when unresolved questions or missing dependencies block progress.
  • Pre-task Planning: ensures requirements, dependencies, and success criteria are defined.

Quick Start

Review a new task assignment and run the Quality Gates checks to confirm requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria before work begins.
