What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates comprehensive retrospectives across completed project phases by running parallel analytic lenses, synthesizing findings, and producing routed outputs so teams can quickly capture lessons, generate spec stubs, and file actionable issues without manual triage.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Context orchestration: Loads and summarizes all phase artifacts (index, plan, verification, review, UAT, task summaries) via a context agent before analysis.
  • Parallel multi-lens analysis: Runs technical, process, quality, and decision lenses in parallel to surface diverse perspectives and reduce analyst bias.
  • Deterministic synthesis & routing: Deduplicates and classifies insights, assigns stable INS-ids, and optionally routes outputs to spec stubs, issues, memory tips, and the lessons log.
  • Safe write model: Read-only through synthesis, with configurable routing (--no-route / --auto-yes) and archival of prior retrospectives before overwrite.
  • Use case: Run a phase retrospective to convert execution artifacts into prioritized fixes, spec proposals, and persistent team learning.

Quick Start

Run the quality-retrospective for phase 3 to generate distilled insights and route recommended spec stubs, issues, and memory tips.
