What problem does it solve?
A unified quest primitive consumed by both players and NPCs, enabling a single data model for quest creation, assignment, tracking, and persistence across client and server boundaries.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Shared IQuest interface implemented by core task types (BuildingTask, BuyOrder, TransportOrder, CraftingOrder) to unify quest semantics.
- IQuestTarget and CharacterQuestLog enable consistent quest targeting, progress tracking, and per-character persistence across a Unity game world.
- Auto-claim and server-authoritative flow allow automatic distribution of new quests to eligible players and NPCs, reducing manual bookkeeping.
Quick Start
Publish a quest using CommercialBuilding.PublishQuest and begin tracking it via CharacterQuestLog.
