Core Features & Use Cases

• Family-office acquisition plan deliverable: Produces a single named plan artifact that includes a clear property thesis, financing and entity structure guidance, due-diligence direction, and a closing checklist.
• Structured interview capture: Collects the minimum-viable set of advisor inputs (address, use case, price, financing plan, owning entity, target close date) and records them in an interview.json so the recommendation is traceable.
• Optional distribution & persistence hooks: Can optionally write memory entries (when a memory_dsn is provided) and push the artifact to external sinks (e.g., SharePoint, Asana, Snowflake, email/calendar publishers) when configured.

Quick Start

Run the skill with your config and let it ask for the property address, use case, purchase price, financing plan, owning entity, and target close date, then it will output the Real Estate Acquisition Plan artifact and interview capture.
