What problem does it solve?

Real estate buyers and investors often struggle to decide between two addresses because key valuation, rental, neighborhood, and risk factors are spread across many sources. This Skill creates a structured head-to-head comparison with category winners and an overall recommendation so you can evaluate properties without relying on gut feel.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Side-by-side property comparison across 8 categories: price & value, property specs, rental income potential, neighborhood quality, investment potential, cost of ownership, market position, and risk factors.
  • Data-backed rental and investment metrics: estimated rent, yield ratios, and investment return indicators with explicit scoring.
  • Actionable decision output: a composite weighted score (0–100) plus “best for” guidance (cash flow, appreciation, first-time buyers, flipping) and a clear “catch” for the winner.

Use case example: you’re deciding between two similar single-family homes and want to know which one is more likely to produce stronger cash flow and better medium-term investment performance based on local market data.

Quick Start

Run the realestate compare command with two addresses, for example: /realestate compare "123 Main St, City, ST" "456 Oak Ave, City, ST".
