What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps practitioners quickly assess the strength and admissibility of evidence under Austrian civil procedure (ZPO), flagging gaps and potential weaknesses.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Evidence type classification: identify and categorize each piece of evidence according to ZPO (öffentliche Urkunde, privaturkunde, zeugen, sachverständige, beweise)
- Strength assessment: rate each item as strong, moderate, or weak and outline challenges to authenticity or admissibility
- Gaps and remedies: propose actions to shore up the evidentiary record (additional documents, witnesses, or expert reports)
