What problem does it solve?
Identifies the Reddit communities systemprompt.io should engage with by evaluating candidates against the ICP and governance criteria using public Reddit data.

- Candidate discovery: fetches subreddit metadata from Reddit public endpoints (about.json, rules.json, hot.json) to build a candidate pool.
