This Skill prevents valuable insights from being lost in chat history by reliably turning meaningful conversation outputs into durable Obsidian notes and adding a clear changelog trail.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Session note capture with correct semantics: Creates diary, convo, and learning pages depending on whether the content is narrative, analytical synthesis, or educational Q&A.
• Changelog logging for accountability: Writes a terse, timestamped per-session entry and updates the changelog index so actions are auditable.
• Automatic, vault-aware filing: Routes notes into the most specific wiki subtree (learning) or the relevant area subtree (convos/diary), preserving organization and discoverability.
• Verbatim question preservation: For convo/learning-style outputs, it retains the user’s exact questions to preserve intent and framing.

Use remember-conversations when a conversation produced a synthesis, analysis, decision rationale, research summary, narrative account, educational Q&A, or discovery worth preserving, by telling the agent “save this conversation” after the discussion ends.
