What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps service desk operators start a safe, auditable NinjaOne remote support session by looking up the correct endpoint and providing a direct console link only after explicit operator confirmation.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Endpoint lookup by device identifier: Accepts device name, hostname, serial number, or assigned user and searches for matching devices.
- Device detail preview before access: Retrieves venue, OS, online status, last user, and last seen so the operator can verify the target.
- Confirmation-gated session launch: Requires a clear yes/no confirmation and only then provides the NinjaOne remote-control deep-link and navigation path.
- Offline awareness: Warns when the device is offline and still lets the operator choose whether to proceed.
