What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps you interpret a cold outreach prospect’s reply and craft an appropriate response that’s helpful, empathetic, and non-pushy—so even rejections can preserve goodwill.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Reply classification: Determine intent (positive interest, soft interest, objection, hard no, timing issue, wrong person, or question), plus tone, urgency, decision-maker status, and likely hidden meaning.
  • Strategy-based response drafting: Produce tailored replies for scheduling, re-connection, objections (competitor, pricing, priority, prior failure), hard no exits, timing follow-ups, misdirected contacts, and direct questions.
  • Guaranteed response quality: Enforce short, value-first outputs that match the prospect’s tone and limit replies to 3–5 sentences with one question max.

Quick Start

Share the prospect’s reply text and ask the reply-handler skill to classify it and draft 2–3 short response options that keep a relationship-first, value-first tone.
