SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Repository Harness provides a reusable, standardized substrate and tooling to govern repository knowledge, architecture mapping, and task-context retrieval for agents, enabling repeatable setup across projects.

Core Features & Use Cases

Composes inventory, architecture-pattern-inventory, and context-builder to give a repository a reusable knowledge substrate, architecture package, and focused task-context retrieval path.
Supports optional ontology-vault for vault-like governance when deeper ontology work is needed.
Defines trigger conditions, required and optional sigils, and a clear execution pipeline to standardize repository preparation.

Quick Start

Initialize a repository harness by running inventory ingest, architecture mapping, and context-building steps to establish reusable knowledge and task-context retrieval.

Frequently Asked Questions about repository-harness

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I automate repository context setup for AI agents across multiple projects?▼

Repository knowledge harnessing standardizes context for agents by composing inventory ingestion, architecture-pattern mapping, and context-building phases. This structured approach gives agents repeatable access to repository knowledge and focused task-context retrieval paths.

What is the best way to map architecture patterns for consistent agent context retrieval?▼

The best way to map architecture patterns is through a structured harness that executes an architecture-pattern-inventory phase alongside inventory ingestion. This approach yields a reusable architecture package and a focused task-context retrieval path for agents.

How do I set up repeatable repository inventory ingestion for automated workflows?▼

Set up repeatable inventory ingestion by running the inventory phase of a repository knowledge harness. This phase uses defined trigger conditions and a clear execution pipeline to standardize inventory data collection across multiple repositories.

Does repository automation work with ontology vault governance for complex architecture mapping?▼

Yes, repository automation supports optional ontology-vault capabilities for deeper ontology work and vault-like governance. This integrates into the architecture mapping pipeline to manage complex repository knowledge structures with clear observability.

When do I need a structured knowledge harness for repository context building?▼

You need a structured knowledge harness when projects require repeatable inventory ingestion, architecture mapping, and consistent context retrieval across multiple repositories. It provides a standardized substrate to govern repository knowledge preparation for agents.
