• 6-layer requirements workflow: Step through Vision → Outcome → Capability → Feature → Eval → EngSpec and write results into docs/requirements/<product>/.
• Grill-me questioning with defaults: Prompts are staged so the skill asks for user-confirmed answers while providing recommended candidates to keep progress moving.
• Session persistence and resume: Store conversation state in session files so you can pause and continue later, even across new chats.
• Safety and quality gates: Apply a WriteoutGate (Preview → Label Audit → Approval) so the user explicitly approves what gets written.
• Optional web escalation: When versions, model choices, eval methods, or benchmarks need freshness, the skill can request Web verification and label web-derived values.
