What problem does it solve?
ITエンジニアの職務経歴書を「判断の質が伝わる」ものに仕上げることを目的としています。STAR法だけでは伝わりにくい判断過程を、C3モデルの3視点×3時間軸で構造化します。ヒアリングモード（対話を通じた新規作成・補強）とレビューモード（既存経歴書への敵対的・建設的レビュー）の2つを提供します。
Core Features & Use Cases
- ヒアリングモード: 対話を通じて経験を抽出・整理し、C3モデルのフレームに沿って職務経歴書へ落とします。
- レビューモード: 既存の経歴書を分析し、Context/Capacity/Choiceの観点から具体的な改善点を提示します。
- C3モデル参照: Context/Capacity/Choiceの3視点と3時間軸を組み合わせた構造を適用します。 参照資料は references/c3-model.md を参照します。
- 適用範囲: 職務経歴、レジュメ、キャリアシート、転職準備、面接対策、自己PRの改善、経歴の棚卸しなど幅広い相談に対応します。
