Frequently Asked Questions about reversa-pricing-size

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I automate feature sizing and pricing determination for REVERSA projects?▼

Automate feature sizing and pricing determination for REVERSA projects by analyzing forward cycle artifacts and applying a deterministic sizing formula to generate size metrics and final scores.

How does risk adjustment factor into feature sizing calculations?▼

Risk adjustment modifies the final feature size score by analyzing doubts and planning depth from project artifacts, ensuring sizing reflects actual project uncertainty and complexity.

Do I need prior REVERSA framework knowledge to use automated feature sizing?▼

Yes, automated feature sizing requires knowledge of the REVERSA framework and access to specific project files to correctly analyze artifacts and apply the deterministic sizing formula.

What output files are generated when calculating feature size with T-shirt sizing?▼

Calculating feature size generates a detailed size.json file with sizing metrics and a size.md document containing comprehensive sizing details and the final adjusted size score.

What's the best way to determine T-shirt sizing for features in project management?▼

The best way to determine T-shirt sizing for features is using task-based analysis combined with risk adjustment, which evaluates forward cycle artifacts to produce consistent, deterministic size scores.

Are there limitations to using deterministic sizing formulas for feature pricing?▼

Deterministic sizing formulas depend entirely on the quality of forward cycle artifacts and accurate risk assessment; missing or incomplete project files will compromise the final size score calculation.
