FAQPage Schema

How do I enforce explicit approval before completing development tasks?▼

To collect explicit approval, present the validation evidence to the reviewer and require a formal APPROVED or REJECTED decision, which then triggers the next steps for feedback loops or remediation.

Why does final validation prevent unverified deliverables in code review workflows?▼

Final validation prevents unverified deliverables by enforcing a formal post-review sign-off that locks in acceptance criteria and evidence, coordinating automated checks and human decision-making to block premature closure.

Does end-to-end validation generate auditable records for acceptance criteria?▼

Yes, end-to-end validation generates auditable records by coordinating evidence collection and explicit approval decisions, ensuring acceptance criteria are met and creating clear next steps for feedback or remediation.

What are the limitations of manual approval gates for software validation?▼

Manual approval gates lack coordinated automated checks and evidence collection, risking premature closure; a formal validation gate coordinates both to enforce acceptance criteria and generate auditable records.

Can I use automated checks with human reviews for final task validation?▼

Yes, final task validation coordinates automated checks alongside human review gates, collecting evidence to ensure acceptance criteria are met before requiring explicit user approval to proceed.
