What problem does it solve?

Ensures reliable alignment between Foundation capabilities and ROADMAPs by guaranteeing every roadmap item references a declared capability and that all must-have capabilities are represented.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Two-way coverage: every ROADMAP item references a Foundation capability and all must-have capabilities appear in the ROADMAP.
  • Gate-driven validation: uses roadmapGateDecision to produce PROCEED, ALIGNMENT_FAIL, or ESCALATE_HITL outcomes based on coverage and any invented or dropped scope.
  • End-to-end traceability: supports Foundation → architecture → front-load → peer-reviewed ROADMAP gates with clear traceability for audits.

Quick Start

Author the ROADMAP.md from the Foundation order and trigger the two-way gate to validate coverage.
