SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes assets (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

Without formal assignment, people assume roles informally. Authority scope remains undefined and accountability is difficult to trace. This skill ensures every steward has explicit, consented-to authority -- traceable to a domain contract and a recorded assignment.

Core Features & Use Cases

Formal steward assignment: links a domain, contract version, assignee, and delegating body to a verifiable record.
Conflict-of-interest checks and consent: captures disclosures, boundary negotiations, and consent outcomes for auditable governance.
Role lifecycle management: supports domain vacancies, transfers and 6-month reviews with explicit exit and transfer handling.

FAQPage Schema

How do I formalize steward assignments to ensure auditable governance?▼

To formalize steward assignments, you register a verifiable link between domain contracts, candidates, and delegating bodies. This creates an auditable governance record containing IDs, version, dates, status, and consent references.

What is included in a role assignment record for compliance auditing?▼

A role assignment record for compliance auditing includes IDs, contract version, dates, duration, status, competency verifications, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and consent references to trace authority explicitly.

How do I handle domain vacancies and steward transfers with consent checks?▼

To handle domain vacancies and steward transfers, you apply role lifecycle management rules that trigger consent and competency checks, capture conflict disclosures, and record explicit exit or transfer handling.

When do I need to trigger competency checks and conflict-of-interest disclosures?▼

Competency checks and conflict-of-interest disclosures are triggered when a domain requires a steward, becomes vacant, or initiates consent checks. This ensures candidate eligibility before formal assignment.

Can I use this approach for 6-month steward reviews and exit handling?▼

Yes, you can use this approach for 6-month steward reviews and exit handling through role lifecycle management. It captures boundary negotiations, consent outcomes, and explicit transfer records for ongoing governance.
