What problem does it solve?
Exposes a compact roof elevation model output from the roofing app, enabling quick access to structured geometry data (roofModel, DSM, and mask metadata) for downstream analysis and visualization.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Retrieves the roofModel summary and full model from the /api/solar-layers endpoint, along with current DSM and mask metadata for a given address.
- Facilitates pipeline workflows that require standardized elevation inputs for 3D visualization, mesh generation, or parameterized roof analyses.
- Use Case: feed the extracted roof elevation data into a visualization tool or structural analysis module to validate roof geometry against real imagery.
