This skill helps teams capture and formalize learning from sessions by generating AI diaries, timelines, and structured retrospectives, reducing memory loss and enabling knowledge transfer.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Quick Retrospective: Generate a concise session summary and AI diary using the default flow.
- Detailed Template: Produce a full retrospective with timeline, files changed, architecture notes, and honest feedback.
- Deep Analysis (rrr --deep): Orchestrate five parallel agents per DEEP.md to extract patterns, learnings, and past context.
- Output & Sync: Writes results to ψ/memory locations and can trigger Oracle sync after lessons learned.
Quick Start
Use /rrr to generate a quick retrospective. Use /rrr --detail for a full template. Use /rrr --deep to activate the 5-actor deep analysis as described in DEEP.md.
