What problem does it solve?

Score CoreStack feature requests against the Prioritization Rubric v3 by pulling data from HubSpot and Azure DevOps, computing the weighted Priority Score, and writing results back to ADO. Use this skill whenever a PM wants to score a feature, prioritize a backlog item, evaluate a Sales/CS request, or run the prioritization rubric on a specific ADO Feature. Trigger even when the user only says "score Feature 12345" or pastes an ADO work item URL — this is the skill for any prioritization scoring task.
