  • Lifecycle orchestration: Executes the Session Lifecycle Workflow to log purpose, freeze work during instruction edits, and manage transitions.
  • Runtime-index governance: Evaluates runtime-index predicates and generates a derived runtime index before resuming execution when needed.
  • Governance compliance: Verifies foundational governance documents are loaded before implementing tasks, ensuring auditable transitions.
  • Post-session review: Triggers post-session evaluation to update mandates and provide English feedback.
