Sandcastle-runner enables safe, resource-isolated execution of autonomous build/implementation jobs by wrapping a single Sandcastle invocation and streaming its output into Pi-CEO session logs.

- Secret-safe logging and auditing: Regex-strips likely secret key/value patterns from stdout before appending to
