What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps you catch and fix interaction and behavior assumptions that work for small, early users but fail when your audience grows in size, diversity, and edge cases.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Identify interaction-scaling failures: spot where original-audience expectations break (behavior, feature discovery, onboarding, support, moderation, cultural/linguistic assumptions, accessibility, naming).
- Anticipate diversity and long-tail usage: design for the future audience and treat rare cases as routine at scale.
- Create scalable interaction systems: shift toward self-service, progressive disclosure, internationalization and accessibility built-in, and scalable moderation/support processes.
- Validate with a structured checklist: use the provided audience-scale checklist to audit forms, identifiers, onboarding, support, and feature surfaces before and after major scale events.
Quick Start
Use this skill to audit your UX and interaction assumptions before launch to a new market by running a checklist-style review focused on how onboarding, support, feature discovery, naming/identifiers, accessibility, and moderation will behave at the next audience size.
