What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates the creation of publication-quality scientific diagrams, eliminating the need for manual drawing or complex software.

Core Features & Use Cases

AI-Powered Generation: Describe your diagram in natural language, and Nano Banana 2 AI creates it.
Iterative Refinement: The AI reviews and improves diagrams based on quality thresholds for your document type (journal, poster, presentation, etc.).
Use Case: Quickly generate a CONSORT flowchart for a research paper, a neural network architecture diagram for a presentation, or a biological pathway for a grant proposal.

Quick Start

Use the scientific-schematics skill to generate a CONSORT participant flow diagram.

Frequently Asked Questions about scientific-schematics

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I generate a scientific diagram for a research publication using AI?▼

You can generate a scientific diagram by describing it in natural language. The AI creates publication-quality diagrams and iteratively refines them based on quality thresholds for your specific document type.

Can I automatically create a CONSORT flowchart for a research paper?▼

Yes, you can automatically create a CONSORT flowchart by providing a natural language description. The AI generates the diagram and refines it to meet publication quality standards for research papers.

What is the best way to make a neural network architecture diagram for a presentation?▼

The best way is using AI generation with iterative refinement. You describe the neural network architecture in natural language, and the AI reviews and improves the diagram against quality thresholds suited for presentations.

Does AI diagram generation work for different document types like posters and journal articles?▼

Yes, AI diagram generation works for various document types. It utilizes smart iterative refinement to review and improve diagrams against specific quality thresholds tailored for journals, posters, or presentations.

How does the iterative refinement mechanism work for scientific visualization?▼

Iterative refinement works by using a secondary AI model to review the generated scientific visualization. It checks the diagram against document-specific quality thresholds and automatically improves it until standards are met.

Do I need any specific software dependencies to create publication-quality diagrams?▼

You need the Python requests library installed in your environment to handle the API interactions. This dependency allows the skill to communicate with the AI models for generating and reviewing diagrams.
