Core Features & Use Cases

Identify model type using the a.b notation and delegate to the appropriate scoring skill (score-mas-scr, score-job-jobdef, score-program, score-cas).
Support routing for MAS, SCR, Job/JobDef, SAS Program, CAS Program, and Macro models to their respective scoring handlers.
Provide consistent workflow orchestration by loading the target skill and delegating execution.

Quick Start

Frequently Asked Questions about score-strategy

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I route scoring requests to the right model handler in SAS Viya?▼

Scoring workflow orchestration identifies the model type using the a.b notation and delegates execution to the correct specialized scoring skill, such as score-mas-scr, score-job-jobdef, or score-cas.

What types of models can I score using a scoring orchestration skill?▼

Scoring orchestration supports MAS, SCR, Job/JobDef, SAS Program, CAS Program, and Macro models. It routes each request to its respective scoring handler to complete the end-to-end workflow.

How does model type identification work for automated scoring routing?▼

Model type identification for scoring routing uses the a.b notation. This mechanism parses the notation to determine the correct specialized scoring skill to load and execute.

Can I use a single scoring skill to execute jobs across MAS, SCR, and CAS environments?▼

Yes, you can execute jobs across MAS, SCR, and CAS environments using a central orchestration skill. It coordinates with the appropriate specialized handler to complete the end-to-end scoring workflow.

Do I need to manually load specific scoring handlers for different SAS Viya model types?▼

No, you do not need to manually load specific scoring handlers. The orchestration skill automatically loads the target skill and delegates execution based on the identified model type.
