SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill converts narrative scripts into production-ready storyboards by structuring beats, applying visual grammar rules, and planning montage, enabling reliable hand-off to production teams.

Core Features & Use Cases

8-step pipeline: PARSE, BEAT, BLOCK, SHOOT, VERIFY, CONNECT, RHYTHM, ANNOTATE.
Validation & auditability: enforces causal links, beat gravity, idiom coverage, and dependency integrity.
Cross-domain integration: maps storyboard outputs to thriller-writing and interactive-fiction workflows.
Educational references: rich references and templates for professional-level storyboard design.

Quick Start

Use the /decompose command to convert a scene into a multi-beat storyboard, then refine beats with /shot and test rhythm with /rhythm, finally export via /board.

Frequently Asked Questions about 分镜拆解技能 — Script-to-Storyboard Decomposition

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I convert a script into a storyboard for production hand-off?▼

To convert a script into a storyboard, this Skill parses narrative text to identify beats and structures them into a production-ready storyboard payload. It applies an 8-step decomposition pipeline to ensure visual grammar and montage consistency for downstream tools.

What is the best way to structure storyboard beats from narrative text?▼

Structuring storyboard beats from narrative text involves identifying narrative information and applying visual grammar rules. This Skill uses an 8-step pipeline from PARSE to ANNOTATE, cross-referencing montage theory to validate causal links and beat gravity.

Can I use storyboard decomposition outputs for interactive-fiction workflows?▼

Yes, storyboard decomposition outputs are machine-readable and support cross-domain integration. They map directly to interactive-fiction and thriller-writing workflows, enabling reliable hand-off to various downstream production teams.

How do I validate montage rhythm and causal links during script decomposition?▼

You validate montage rhythm and causal links through the VERIFY, CONNECT, and RHYTHM steps in the decomposition pipeline. This enforces idiom coverage and dependency integrity, ensuring the storyboard maintains consistent narrative flow.

Do I need any specific dependencies or environment to decompose scripts into storyboards?▼

No external dependencies are required to decompose scripts into storyboards. You can start directly by using the /decompose command to convert scenes, then refine shots with /shot and test pacing with /rhythm.

What distinguishes a structured storyboard payload from standard script formatting?▼

A structured storyboard payload provides machine-readable outputs with validated beat gravity and montage mapping, unlike standard script formatting. It applies cognitive film science and an 8-step audit trail to ensure production-ready consistency.
