This Skill prevents weak UGC videos from being published by scoring each final clip for virality signals and enforcing a 70+ go/no-go threshold.

• 7-dimension virality scoring (0–100 each): Hook strength, emotional impact, pacing, text readability, scroll-stop power, completion likelihood, and shareability.
• Pre-publish quality gate: Publishes only when the average meets the threshold, and otherwise routes the work back to the right upstream stage for remediation.

Use scrollclaw-score to score the final assembled clips in workspace/campaigns/<slug>/clips/final-*.mp4 against the 7 virality dimensions and publish only clips scoring 70+.
