This Skill automates the decomposition of software development lifecycle (SDLC) requests into Kanban tasks, streamlining the workflow and ensuring efficient project management.
Load the sdlc-pipeline skill and provide the user's request, e.g., "Research X, then implement Y, then review Z".

Automating software development lifecycle decomposition breaks project requests into structured Kanban tasks. It routes work through research, design, implement, test, review, deploy, and verify phases to ensure efficient project management.
Orchestrating SDLC phases in a Kanban board involves mapping the lifecycle stages to shared workspaces. You can route tasks sequentially through research, design, implement, test, review, deploy, and verify phases with assigned skills and owners.
Yes, managing SDLC task routing requires the Hermes Agent and Kanban Orchestration features. These dependencies provide the necessary workspace environment to decompose requests and assign tasks across the development lifecycle.
Yes, you can use Kanban orchestration for software development project management. It automatically creates tasks from user requests and ensures the project progresses smoothly through each lifecycle phase using shared workspaces and assignees.
The limitation of automating SDLC decomposition with Kanban is its strict dependency on the Hermes Agent and Kanban Orchestration features. Without these specific components, the pipeline cannot route tasks or manage the required lifecycle phases.
