It eliminates the manual, error-prone work of creating and configuring a complete Cosmos DB tenant environment from scratch, especially when you need a clean, consistent baseline for development or onboarding.

- Nine-phase tenant provisioning: Runs an ordered set of phases to create partitions, containers, tenant configuration, preferences, team setup, knowledge base, platform config, demo data, and a final summary.
- Safe dry-run and controlled execution: Supports preview mode with no writes, then a clean write mode that produces a production-ready tenant environment.
- Optional demo and embedding setup: Can seed demo conversations and optionally embed KB articles (requires Azure OpenAI).
Quick Start
Run a dry-run to preview changes with: /seed-tenant --demo.
