Sven needs a robust, repeatable way to grow its own capabilities by authoring new skills and corresponding handlers. This skill provides the blueprint, templates, and conventions to empower Sven to extend itself in a safe, auditable manner.

Quick Start

Create a new skill by adding SKILL.md with a frontmatter manifest and a matching handler.ts in skills/<category>/<skill-name>/, then restart or use the runtime skill.author tool for dynamic creation.
