It helps prevent accidental forwarding or auto-routing of emails that contain HR, legal, confidential, or PII content that could create compliance and legal risk.

- Sensitive content detection: Identifies HR/People, Legal/Privilege, Confidential, PII, Financial/MNPI, and Credential/security signals using keyword and pattern checks across subject, body text, and attachment filenames.
- Action-aware risk assessment: Produces CLEAR, CAUTION, or BLOCK outcomes based on whether the intended action is forward, reply, or auto-route.
- Safe gating behavior: Blocks auto-routing for HIGH/CRITICAL sensitivity and recommends manual review steps to reduce the chance of policy violations.
Quick Start
Run sensitivity-flag for message id 12345 with action=route to determine whether the email can be auto-routed or must be manually reviewed.
