What problem does it solve?

OpenFlow deployments often require secure, private connectivity to data sources (RDS or on-prem DBs). This Skill provides the step-by-step guidance to provision AWS PrivateLink, configure a private NLB and endpoint service, and connect Snowflake OpenFlow to private sources safely without exposing data to the public internet.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Establish private connectivity from Snowflake OpenFlow (SPCS) to private databases via AWS PrivateLink.
  • Provision and configure the endpoint service, network rules, and External Access Integration (EAI) for OpenFlow.
  • Validate connectivity and recover from common provisioning or networking issues.

Quick Start

Provision the PrivateLink endpoint and configure OpenFlow PrivateLink per the guide.
