The SF Consulting Framework provides a file-system based knowledge base and operational model to capture questions, decisions, design evolution, and execution state in one coherent repository.

• Knowledge Base (Discovery Engine): tracks questions, answers, and decisions and propagates impact to designs and execution.
• Design Hierarchy: enforces an engagement-wide structure (Engagement > Epic > Feature > Technical Design > User Story > Task) and automatically derives artifacts from designs.
• Execution Plan: sequences work, tracks dependencies, and links to Linear tickets; enables day-to-day execution while preserving design integrity.
• Scaffolding & Templates: can bootstrap a project with CLAUDE.md, config.yaml, engagement assets, epics, and templates; supports ongoing scaffolding for new epics and changes.
• Transcripts & Meetings: processes transcripts and brain dumps into questions, decisions, requirements, and action items.
• Status & Roadmaps: maintains engagement roadmap, status reports, risks, and meeting notes; provides "Morning Briefing" style summaries.

Quick Start

Initialize a new engagement by bootstrapping the standard folder structure and templates (CLAUDE.md, .framework/config.yaml, engagement files, and initial epics) and then start populating with client data.
