What problem does it solve?

It prevents planning and state drift by letting you correct or finalize a specific phase so ROADMAP/STATE/HANDOFF stay consistent with what actually happened.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Edit a phase (delegate to GSD): Modify an existing phase’s fields without breaking the established GSD CRUD flow.
  • Remove a future phase (delegate to GSD): Delete a future phase and let GSD handle renumbering safely.
  • Complete a phase (inline reconcile): Recompute Plans-complete from phase SUMMARY/PLAN files, mark Progress as Complete with today’s date, flip the Phases checkbox to done, and update STATE.md; optionally append a HANDOFF entry.

Quick Start

Use /super-gsd:sg-phase complete 36 to mark phase 36 as Complete and reconcile the planning metadata.
