  • 공고/공지 목록 검색 자동화: 키워드와 SH의 공개 분류 탭(임대·분양·주택매입 등)을 기준으로 게시판 목록을 찾아 결과를 구조화합니다.
  • 상세 본문 및 담당 정보 수집: 선택한 공고의 상세 페이지에서 본문 텍스트와 담당부서, 등록일, 조회수 등 핵심 필드를 추출합니다.
  • 첨부파일 미리보기 메타데이터 정리: 아이콘 템플릿이 아니라 existFile('N') onclick 및 downList 메타데이터에 기반해 첨부파일명/크기/유형/미리보기 URL을 JSON으로 제공합니다.
  • 안전한 범위(조회 전용): 청약 신청, 서류 제출, 로그인/마이페이지, 결제, 알림 발송 같은 비조회 작업은 수행하지 않습니다.
