FAQPage Schema

What is a KPI tree and how does it align metrics with ownership?▼

A KPI tree organizes business metrics into a hierarchy linking a North Star metric with driver and input metrics. It assigns specific owners and cadences to each node, ensuring clear accountability and aligned planning for product and marketing teams.

How do I create a KPI tree with a North Star metric and driver metrics?▼

To create a KPI tree, define a single North Star metric, add three to five driver metrics, list input metrics under each driver, and assign owners with review cadences to generate a structured Mermaid diagram for dashboards.

Can I generate a Mermaid diagram for my KPI tree automatically?▼
