This skill eliminates missed special instructions by compiling Shopify order notes and custom attributes into a single actionable ops report for pick/pack teams.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Reads order-level notes and attributes: extracts order note plus relevant customAttributes (including gift messages and engraving/personalization text) for operational review.
  • Produces a structured CSV: exports a date-stamped CSV (order_notes_<YYYY-MM-DD>.csv) with order, fulfillment status, customer, note text, and per-line attribute values.
  • Supports targeted filtering: restricts results to only orders with notes/attributes and optionally filters to specific attribute_keys.
