What problem does it solve?

It helps you identify which Shopify products are missing critical information so you can improve catalog quality and reduce merchandising and SEO blind spots.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Completeness Scoring (0–100): Evaluates description, images, SEO title/description, variant weight, barcode, cost, and required metafields to produce a prioritized ranking.
  • Read-only Catalog Health Report: Generates a ranked list for products that need data work without making any mutations.
  • Scenarios: Use it before launches, after content updates, or during ongoing catalog cleanup to spot gaps across active, draft, or the full catalog.

Quick Start

Run shopify-admin-product-data-completeness-score for your store domain, leaving status_filter as active and using format human to get a CSV report of the lowest-scoring products.
