What problem does it solve?

Build and map reusable technical knowledge packages onto generated manufacturing SME shells from sme-registry.md and smes/*.md. Use when creating public-source or uploaded-document knowledge packages for manufacturing SMEs. Do not use for RCCA, evidence requests, troubleshooting checklists, corrective actions, or shop acceptance decisions.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Reads generated SME shells (sme-registry.md) and SME files (smes/*.md) to derive reusable knowledge-packages.
  • Produces Layer 4 outputs: knowledge-package-registry.md, sme-knowledge-map.md, and knowledge-packages/<name>/knowledge-pack.md plus source-map.md.
  • Attaches packages to SMEs via a structured knowledge map while maintaining shop boundaries.
  • Encourages sharing and reuse across multiple SMEs, preventing duplication of context.

Quick Start

Start by running the skill to read sme-registry.md and smes/*.md, then generate the registry, knowledge map, and package folders for reuse in the shop context.
