What problem does it solve?

Teams managing communities on social media struggle to respond quickly while maintaining a consistent brand voice. This skill provides a library of reusable reply, DM, and comment templates to scale human-like engagement without sacrificing tone or accuracy.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Build a library of reply, DM, and comment templates tagged by use-case.
  • Each template: trigger (what kind of message it answers), personalization slots ({{name}}, {{product_area}}, {{ticket_link}}), variant count, escalation rule.
  • Tone varies by use-case: complaints get acknowledgment-first, praise gets specific thanks, and escalations route to appropriate teams.
  • Include at least 2 variants per use-case so the library avoids rubber-stamp responses.
  • Define escalation explicitly — when to stop replying and route to eng, legal, exec, or security.
  • Call out platform differences: public reply vs DM vs hidden reply. What stays public, what goes private.

Quick Start

Create the templates library and begin testing with representative use-cases such as welcome, praise, complaint, and outage.
