What problem does it solve?
将社会科学/心理学/行为科学的书籍资源（PDF/EPUB/TXT/MD/HTML）转换为模型友好文本；在用户指定的章节/小节范围内进行深度阅读，并输出基于原书的结构化 Markdown 笔记（含短引文证据且不标注页码定位）。输出统一存放在 {书名}-notes/，并按章节/小节拆分文件，默认不覆盖。
