What problem does it solve?

This capability automates the extraction of structured engagement data from transcripts, meeting notes, SOWs, and architecture docs and writes it into an Airtable Solution Hub base via MCP, reducing manual translation and ensuring consistency across records.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Extracts records across 10 areas (Project, People, Timeline, Definitions, Positive Business Outcomes, Risks & Change Impacts, Decisions, User Personas, Updates, Action Items) and presents them for review before writing.
  • Performs deduplication and updates for incremental engagements, so new transcripts extend existing hubs without duplicating data.
  • Writes validated records to Airtable via MCP with correct field formats and cross-record links.

Quick Start

Provide transcripts or notes and I will extract structured data, review results, and write updates to your Solution Hub base via MCP.
