This Skill helps a sales rep track active client conversations, identify stale deals, and gather the right email context so follow-ups and replies don’t fall through the cracks.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Pipeline review: Surfaces unreplied sent conversations, highlights which deals are active versus stale, and checks for new inbound messages.
  • Client prep and deal context: Pulls recent client correspondence and relevant threads to quickly summarize last touchpoints and open items before outreach or meetings.
  • Follow-up cadence: Recommends a follow-up rhythm using message age and unreplied status, drafts replies with full context, and sets reminders to re-surface important deals.

Use Case Example: You sent a proposal to a prospect three days ago and haven’t heard back—use the Skill to find the exact unreplied thread, review prior commitments, draft a tailored follow-up, and set a reminder if they still haven’t replied.
