What problem does it solve?

This Skill converts a gap-analysis report (ANALYSIS.md) into a structured TODO.yaml by pairing Plan+Execute tasks with Quality Review checkpoints for each identified gap after validating against the codebase.

  • Generates a Phase 2 TODO.yaml that encodes Plan/Execute tasks and Quality Review checkpoints for each identified gap.
