FAQPage Schema

How do I perform a specification risk assessment before engineering begins?▼

Specification risk assessment evaluates draft intent specifications against a risk matrix to identify risks, score them, and propose control designs. This ensures solutions are built with risk and compliance considerations from the outset.

What is control design in specification review?▼

Control design in specification review proposes specific, actionable control patterns and spec amendments to mitigate identified risks. It systematically classifies mitigation paths to ensure draft features are compliant by design.

Can I use policy gap analysis to identify compliance issues in draft specifications?▼

Yes, policy gap analysis identifies where draft specifications fall short of compliance requirements. By analyzing policy gaps, it proactively detects regulatory and access risks before they lead to costly downstream rework.

Does specification risk assessment cover data, regulatory, and AI risk categories?▼

Specification risk assessment systematically evaluates specifications against a detailed risk matrix covering data, systems, access, regulatory, AI, and change management categories to ensure comprehensive compliance by design.

How do I mitigate identified risks in a feature specification?▼

To mitigate identified risks, the assessment proposes specific control patterns and spec amendments. It systematically scores risks and classifies mitigation paths to address policy gaps in your draft intent specifications.
