What problem does it solve?

Automates the preparation of a SPEC-ID workflow scaffold for Codex SpeckKit autopilot. It handles the bootstrap steps required to identify or create a roadmap entry, initialize or reuse a worktree, and place the initial workflow into the repository so autopilot can be launched immediately.
