What problem does it solve?

Daily API spend watchdog — monitors the current week's costs against a budget cap and alerts when approaching or exceeding it to prevent overruns.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Weekly spend tracking: aggregates spend from memory/token-usage.csv for the current week.
  • Threshold alerts: notifies when spending crosses predefined thresholds or approaches the weekly cap.
  • Configurable guardrails: respects WEEKLY_BUDGET_CAP (env var) and provides weekly projections to inform decisions.

Quick Start

Configure WEEKLY_BUDGET_CAP if needed, then enable Spend Monitor to track the current week's spend and alert when thresholds are reached.
